The Opportunity

  • A role is required to support the delivery of strategic projects/ contracts for the Royal Commission of AlUla (RCU). Support RCU and their consultants to ensure that suppliers are delivering on their contract obligations as well as lead the management and support of the RCU procurement process.

  • Working environment will be both the client site and CBRE offices based in AlUla on a 2-week rotation schedule.

  • Capturing any additional public works requirements and testing whether these can be included before the RFP goes to market whilst supporting the technical evaluation of Public Work RFP’s

  • Ensuring compliance with all RCU procurement processes.

  • Developing and generating a robust procurement strategy and plan.

  • Market development.

  • Supply chain management.

  • Developing output-based performance management structure for the RFP. This will include a deeper definition around SLA’s.

  • Drafting, managing, and issuing of the public works RFP’s to support RCU business owners.

Our ideal person is someone who:

  • Relevant sector qualification (ideally degree level with ongoing professional development undertaken).

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in this field is mandatory.

  • Fluency in English, verbal and written. Arabic would be highly advantageous.
