About the Role

• Perform services including facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, massage, manicures and pedicures in line with our luxuriant Spa philosophies

• To provide exceptional service at all times, responsible for the generation and retention of members and guests

• Maintain the Spa environment to ensure the needs of our guests are met

• Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail are shown with all treatments conducted

• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming

• Continue to develop and learn new skills and refine knowledge on treatments and our line of exclusive products

Qualifications:

• Previous experience either in luxury hotels or high-end spa

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy/Massage Therapy or equivalent

• Full valid working rights in Australia

• High level of communication and personal presentation
