About the Role
To accurately and promptly distribute and handle all in-coming mails, memos and internal correspondence
To ensure the upkeep and security of all Food and Beverage files.
To be responsible for the typing, filing and up keeping of all private and confidential matters related to the department.
Word processing of menus, place cards and running sheets for client functions when required.
Co-ordination of distribution of Purchase Request forms
Ensure deposits and invoices are received in line with Hyatt's policies
Qualifications:
A genuine interest and passion for providing customer service
Basic Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office
Previous experience in Restaurant or Kitchens within a five-star hotel or similar environment
Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with internal and external customer
