Kforce Payroll Coordinator in Sunset, Florida

Kforce has a client seeking a Payroll Coordinator on a Temporary to Permanent basis to join their team in Miami, Florida (FL). Duties Include:

  • Answering high volume calls and inquiries from existing clients

  • Responsible for the communication, system set up, and processing of payrolls for clients

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data entered into the system is correct for both payroll to employees and billing to clients

  • Educate clients on compliance for both federal and state regulations

  • Partner with Internal team members to ensure successful client on-boarding and ensure new business deadlines are met

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must come from a fast-paced environment

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Interested in a career in HR
