We're looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager for a highly visible and top priority product area which will drive top-line metrics and enable global expansion for the Walmart Marketplace. They will develop product area strategy and roadmap by analyzing customer feedback, site usage, market research, and competitive analysis to drive compelling experiences for Global Marketplace Catalog Management. They will collaborate with multiple teams to develop and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, and present product strategy to leadership. They will set performance goals and measure growth and adoption of new products and overall program effectiveness.

In this role as a Senior Product Manager, you should be skilled at demonstrating bias for action to deliver your product through the end-end product lifecycle, as well as working closely across product management, engineering, strategy, merchant technology, retail merchandising, supply chain & analytics teams at a detailed level. This is a user-focused product role, where the outcomes directly impact our end user experience.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You use data to drive decisions and outcomes.

  • Strong experience on UX products and thought leadership to drive delightful experiences for seller journeys.

  • You have experience working with UX designers to create intuitiveexperiences.

  • You have experience working with API products to deliver end user business outcomes.

  • You're comfortable working with software engineers to develop scalable solutions.

  • You're skilled at engaging and communicating with senior executivesacross multiple cross-functional domains.

  • You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

  • You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

  • You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1scale.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Driving roadmap prioritization , vision, and strategy with internalstakeholders within the specific product domain area.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define successmetrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption, drive productfeature enhancements/iterations.

  • Conducting user research and surveys by synthesizing customerpain points; analyze and visualize large amount of data into actionableinsights and be an advocate of metric-driven decision-making process.

  • Coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the newfeatures work as designed, collect performance metrics and customerfeedback.

  • Moving fast within our agile and iterative team environment.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
