We are growing! Come join and be a difference maker in the fastest growing market segment in RMS. The Marine Corps Systems (MCS) F&BO organization is looking for an enthusiastic leader to provide technical financial leadership, strategy support, and analysis to the CH-53K Production program.

The CH-53K Production F&BO Tech Lead will be managing a team (3-4 analysts) responsible for cost control, EVM, budgeting, forecasting, proposals, and the successful execution of the business rhythm. This position serves as a key role in the overall execution of EVM across the program to ensure compliance. Aggressively manages and performs analysis to ensure present and future schedules/cost, and business financial performance is consistent with forecasts and identifies risk and opportunities to the plans.

This position will partner with the CH-53K Production Lot Leads to ensure EAC integrity, timely CDRL delivery, EVM and cost compliance, and process standardization across all production lots. This position will also be responsible to ensure all data and submittals are audit ready, and fully documented and substantiated.

The statement of work includes the following:

• Provide critical support for all internal/external EVMS related audit activities

• Provide EVM leadership and guidance to the finance analysts (6 – 7 analysts) in the preparation of critical monthly / quarterly USG reporting deliverables, as well as the review discussions with the senior program management team.

• Ensure USG reporting deliverables are submitted to the customer with zero escapes

• Collaborate program management in the leadership of the Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) and Control Account Managers (CAMs) in the execution of the Earned Value Management System and provide training.

• Ensure compliance with Business Ethics, Sarbanes-Oxley/Internal Controls and LM Financial Manual requirements

• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis to Programs and Senior Management

• Contribute to the accurate, concise, and timely preparation of executive presentations, including Executive Reviews, Program Business Reviews, and IPT Reviews

• Provide proposal support

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and experience in application of Earned Value Management principles

• Knowledge and experience with the following financial systems: CES, SAP-P1S, Hyperion, Cobra and wInsight

• Expertise with a variety of Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word

• Previous Leadership Experience Developing Junior Staff Members

• Strong Organizational Skills

• Effective in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Ability to be accountable, professional and have a 'can-do' attitude

Desired Skills:

• FLDP Graduate or ALDP Candidate Preferred

• Relevant experience in multiple business functions (FP&A, Controller, Treasury, Operations, Planning, Program Finance, Contracts, Pricing/Estimating), and experience interacting across functions and with multiple internal/external customers.

• Familiar with RMS and Corporate PPMP

• Earned Value Management Implementation/Business Rhythm Execution Experience

• Intermediate Excel, Cobra, wInsight Skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
