JOB SUMMARY:
Reports directly to the Assistant Director of Business Development Support, the Internal Support Coordinator will be based in Staten Island office providing updates and working on several reports for our Referral Sources and Account Representatives. This position will communicate directly with Account Representatives and Referral Sources.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for bi-monthly Disenrollment Report. To combine information from several reports and to determine trends based on this report.
To distribute this information to the servicing Providers and responsible Account Managers.
To follow up with providers and/or prior members to assist with re-enrolling if interested. Will resubmit new referrals for these prospects if needed.
Will also work on additional reports as directed by supervisor for Referral Sources as well as our Account Representatives.
Education and Experience:
Education
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

Required:
Preferred: Administrative experience or experience in Healthcare related field
Specific Technical Skills
Preferred: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Microsoft Excel

Knowledge and Skills:
Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Show great organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented and also have problem solving skills
