Ecolab is seeking an SAP Principal Solutions Architect with a deep understanding of SAP S4, ECC solutions & ecosystems, ERP related E2E business processes in the areas of Make to Deploy / Plan to Deliver / Supply chain management processes. This individual will act as a principal with deep expertise in architecting SAP/ERP solutions, translating business process improvements and changes into functional SAP solutions. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ecolab business solutions team, Integration, data, applications, enterprise architecture, systems Integrators, software vendors, and business leaders and subject matter experts. This role will play a key role in the S4 transformation, managing the platform solutions and ensure efficient and quality outcome. This position is based in St. Paul, MN as a hybrid role What You Will Do: Accountable for SAP S4 / ECC supply chain / logistics related solutions, including Production Planning (PP), Inventory Management (IM), Materials Management (MM) and Quality Management (QM), Sales & Distribution (SD) modules. Proactively and holistically guide the enterprise through SAP S4/ERP transformation and optimization initiatives for Make to deploy / Plan to deliver/Supply chain subjects. Effectively collaborates with Sr. Management and Ecolab business solution's partners to align priorities and plan/execute strategies. Successfully navigates high visibility, high-stakes solution topics and drive for excellence. Facilitate business and IT alignment through a collaborative, supportive, and consultative manner, driving the organization's digital business strategies while balancing innovation, growth and stabilization. Outline SAP Best Practices and other baseline system configurations required for successful solution implementation. Integrate SAP SCM/P2F tracks with cross functional SAP solutions. Analyze business needs and pain points related to supply chain operations and translate those needs into technical requirements from an SAP to E2E solution perspective. Drive resolution on key design decisions, ensure completion of deliverables in agile sprints and project phases. Partner with Ecolab Business solution teams for template governance and ensure execution of SAP solutions delivery. Facilitate technical assessment and solution design workshops. Prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and work objectives and organize and delivery services on a cross-section of complex projects. Develop and maintain S4 template documentations while Drive solutions towards best practices and standard S4 capabilities. Architect solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize MFG/logistics/supply chain processes. Partner with Stakeholders to finalize acceptable solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Prepare high level solution presentations with ease of communication related to the audience and senior level management. Demonstrate as a solution leader with flexible attitude, accountable for overall solution stability in operations, rolling out continuous improvements and executing strategic projects in the solution areas. Assist solution delivery leaders to ensure solution challenges are resolved and able to deliver on time. Assist Project Leadership with the formalization and execution of project close-out activities including documentation of lessons learned and inventory of intellectual property and project artifacts. Drive significant new business capabilities through identification and deployment of SAP capabilities that enable automation and innovation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT/related discipline or equivalent 12 years of solution design, technical and/or configuration experience in SAP MM/WM, PP/QM or PM modules Experience of other SAP modules integrated with SAP PP/MM/WM/IM/ core competencies required - Master data, Finance, Sales and Distribution, Business Intelligence (Reporting, Data Visualization, and Performance Analytics), APO. Experience stepping into an existing project and team up to develop complex business solutions or troubleshoot and accelerate deployment. Ability to translate complex business operations to SAP solutions and develop high-level master data governance and migration plan. Excellent communication skills to allow for interactions with various levels of leadership. Competency in Microsoft Office including Teams, MS Excel (working with advanced formulas, building charts and graphs, and utilizing pivot tables), SharePoint (administration and configuration), MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4 certifications are preferred Relevant business domain experience is preferred (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc) Full SAP implementations with focus on supply chain modules, preferably at least 2 with S/4 - V1909 and above is preferred Experience leading SAP workshops and cross functional workshops to drive decisions. Ability to facilitate and drive cross-functional design, workshops, capacity planning and more.
