Plant Manager
Responsible for overall CNC Production Team performance
- Lead and organize production scheduling.
- Coordinate production jobs for efficiency
- Problem solve and make decisions on ways to decrease cycle times and improve efficiency of setups.

``` - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 2 year engineering degree with sufficient experience - 5 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing, CNC programming, and supervisory experience - Thorough understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and manufacturing principles - Experience with 3D CAD software (e.g. Inventor, Solidworks, etc.) - Experience with 3D CAM software (e.g. MasterCam, Esprit, etc.) - Ability to be observant and analytical, strong focus and attention to detail, thoroughness and dealing with complexity. - Ability to handle multiple challenges simultaneously - Control material and/or tooling orders to maintain shop supply and keep workflow efficient through shop. - Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
