Job Title Lean Manager

*Apply and coordinate continuous improvement methods for the site.
*Identify and support plant production and administration improvement potentials.
*Lead improvement and training workshops including but not limited to, Value Stream or Process Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, root cause problem solving, etc.
*Follow up on initiated projects and define counter measures to ensure successful introduction of best practices.
*Ensure best practices are shared to enhance site efficiency.
*Develop, utilize, and maintain standard documentation for Lean methods.
*Ensure integration of corporate values as related to continuous improvement.
*Other Duties as assigned.
• 10-12 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience leading Lean transformation.
• Prior hands-on experience in Toyota Production System a plus.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization.
• Willingness and ability to do hands-on work when required.
• Must be able to solve problems and issues.
• Must be detailed orientated.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP desired.
• Willingness and ability to travel both domestically & internationally.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
