Robert Half E-Commerce Analyst in St Louis Park, Minnesota

Description

Robert Half is seeking an eCommerce Analyst to for their Food Production client, based in St Louis Park, Minnesota. In this role, you will lead the development of digital shelf content strategies, maintain relationships with eCommerce content agencies, and work closely with cross-functional teams. This role also involves monitoring digital shelf performance and making recommendations based on insights to drive online sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop digital shelf content strategies to increase visibility and conversion of products across various channels

• Maintain relationships with eCommerce content agencies to effectively execute the digital shelf content strategy

• Collaborate with Master Data Management team to ensure accurate reflection of digital shelf content in PIM solution

• Work closely with Brand Management teams to align digital shelf content with key brand messaging priorities

• Establish digital shelf performance KPIs and manage tools required to report on these KPIs

• Translate digital shelf performance insights into actionable recommendations to increase online sales

• Coordinate with agency partners and vendor platforms to syndicate product content across retailer platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance

• Identify and implement new processes and procedures to incorporate digital shelf considerations into the commercialization process

• Contribute to eComm annual and 3-Year planning by identifying future digital shelf needs and investments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a eCommerce Analyst role

• Proficient in eCommerce operations and strategies

• Strong data visualization skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner

• Demonstrable analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends, patterns, and insights from large data sets

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

• Familiarity with marketing software and tools is a plus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with various departments

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Proven record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines

• Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and techniques in the manufacturing industry.
