INNOVATIVE CONCRETE, L.L.C. Commercial Concrete Project Manager in ST GEORGE, Utah

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

Oversees all jobs including labor, materials, equipment, scheduling, and submittals.

Must be organized and efficient to stay ahead of crews by four weeks on RFI's, procurement of materials, and scheduling. Coordinates with General Contractors and other Sub-contractors.

Review all project documents, including project submittals, RFI's, and shop drawings, for completeness and accuracy.

Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Must possess a valid driver license and qualify to drive under company vehicle policy.

Follow instructions, respond to management direction; Take responsibility for own actions; Meet commitments; Follow policies and procedures.

Must possess thorough knowledge of concrete installation and operations.

Must be organized and efficient to stay ahead of crews by four weeks on RFI's, procurement of materials, and scheduling. Coordinates with General Contractors and other Sub-contractors.

Ability to manage a variety of commercial/industrial concrete projects from beginning to end.

Must be technology savvy.

Possess computer skills required for various software and programs. Be capable of learning new software and integrating it into workflow.

Use project management and scheduling software consistently and accurately.

Responsible for Pre-Construction duties. Attend pre-construction meetings.

Assist Superintendent with initial project set-up including site logistics.

Responsible for reviewing project plans, specifications, and contract documents, and coordinating with estimator.

Collaborate with Estimator in helping to create and coordinate change orders.

Read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule. Interpret plans and specifications as required and coordinate with Superintendent to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications. Plan day to day operations, as well as work with management to forecast schedules.

Plan and coordinate with superintendent the materials needed for scope of work. Ensures that all products and materials incorporated into the project are per approved submittals and contract documents. Verify and coordinate scope of work with on-site personnel.

Provide strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work within budget and schedule. Responsible for estimate review and job cost breakdown.

Responsible for managing project financials, billings, and cost procedures.

Ensure company policy, procedures, and standards are enforced.

Create and enforce a site-specific emergency action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with the Superintendent.

Responsible for all project safety. Plans and supervises all activities of superintendents, foremen, and crews. Must be able to implement and enforce all established safety policies and procedures. Observe safety and security procedures; Remedy potentially unsafe conditions; Manage equipment and materials properly.

Promote safe and productive practices to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our customer.

Oversee and implement stringent quality control plans and procedures.

Manage client relations of assigned projects from preconstruction to closeout.

Represent Innovative Concrete, LLC to clients in a professional manner and build trusting relationships. Must display exemplary professionalism in how they treat and interact with others.

Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with all personnel, including but not limited to; owners, clients, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Foreman, project team, consultants/architect/engineers, subcontractors, adjacent community, and governmental agencies.

Maximize problem-solving th rough communication with all personnel, work hard to find solutions to problems. Expected to be able to work with others to resolve issues ahead of schedu ed work.

Maintain all paperwork needed for jobsite.

Conduct team meetings, owner/architect meetings, and safety audits presenting job cost, scheduling updates and project status reports at regular intervals.

Manage project closeout.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.

Ability to work long hours as required.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if required.

Must be willing and able to travel to various job sites as needed.

Must be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Must be dependable and complete tasks/projects on time.

Must have regular, punctual, and reliable attendance.

Responsible for the proper use of company credit card and for submitting credit card receipts to the finance department by the last day of month.

Other related duties as assigned or needed.
