What you'll be doing:
As a Business Analyst at Stahls’ you will work in a supportive culture with other incredibly talented and intelligent people, creating industry-leading products. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Project Management team as a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating project requests, gathering business requirements, and assessing project viability. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project needs, objectives, and potential challenges.
Work closely with project stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit information from cross-functional teams.
Evaluate project requests to determine feasibility, potential risks, and required resources.
Analyze and quantify the expected effort, cost, and timeline for proposed projects.
Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to bridge understanding.
Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, including functional specifications and process flows.
Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation.
Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Assist in the development of business cases for proposed projects.
Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.
Utilizes available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement.
Support leadership with prioritization and progress reporting as needed.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with project management processes and best practices.
