What you'll be doing:

As a Business Analyst at Stahls’ you will work in a supportive culture with other incredibly talented and intelligent people, creating industry-leading products. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Project Management team as a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating project requests, gathering business requirements, and assessing project viability. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project needs, objectives, and potential challenges.

  • Work closely with project stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.

  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit information from cross-functional teams.

  • Evaluate project requests to determine feasibility, potential risks, and required resources.

  • Analyze and quantify the expected effort, cost, and timeline for proposed projects.

  • Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to bridge understanding.

  • Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, including functional specifications and process flows.

  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation.

  • Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

  • Assist in the development of business cases for proposed projects.

  • Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.

  • Utilizes available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement.

  • Support leadership with prioritization and progress reporting as needed.

    What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with project management processes and best practices.
