Job Title: Medical Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Primary Care clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient check-in, obtaining and recording patient information, including height, weight, and medical questionnaires. You will also measure vitals such as blood pressure and assist physicians in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient care experience.

The clinic services 120-140 patients per week with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Hard Skills

  • Experience in medical and healthcare settings

  • Proficiency in taking and recording vitals, including blood pressure

  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

  • Preferably certified/registered as a Medical Assistant in the state of Florida

Soft Skills

  • A strong desire to work as a Medical Assistant

  • Positive attitude and compassion towards patients

  • Professionalism and excellent communication skills

  • Confidence in managing patient load
