POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Sisel is looking for an energetic, friendly and sales driven individual to develop, train and support
distributors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Selling, training, and supporting materials through direct sales
Coordinate with marketing to develop campaigns and strategies for product lines
Oversee and conduct webinars and seminars
Develop training materials for distributors
Work closely with distributors and executives on strategies for development in home meetings and events.
Effectively create marketing presentations/product training curriculum
Work with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations departments to develop product pre-launch, launch and post-launch strategies for home parties
Travel is required with this position.

Interacts with all contacts in a helpful, courteous, and professional manner
Maintains a clean and safe work area

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
3-5 years experience in direct sales, with a knowledge of direct market sales.
Fluent in Spanish and/or German is a plus, but not required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma, with 2-year degree in Business or certification in sales.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Positions is required to sit, stand, and walk; stoop, bend, reach and kneel; and lift from 20 to 25 occasionally.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Noise, dust, lighting, temperature, and physical/ergonomic hazards are typically of those usually found in an office environment.
