Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Specialist provides a broad range of marketing and communications strategy and support to the organization, while being a brand ambassador. The incumbent is responsible for the development and execution of email marketing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the purposes of engagement, recruitment, and information distribution. In collaboration with other departments, is responsible for management of Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland’s website—with relevance and user experience top-of-mind. As a part of the Marketing and Communications Team, works with other departments to provide guidance for content creation, email and website marketing, and best practices.
Job Qualifications
Incumbent must be able to think big picture, while also having an eye for detail. Organizational skills are essential. Email marketing skills required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager preferred. Excellent email marketing and website management skills; ability to market a brand story through digital communication.
