Providence St. Joseph Health Supervisor Supply Chain in Spokane, Washington

Description Supervisor, Supply Chain - Central Supply Department at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA Shift Details: Full Time, 40 hours a week, Night Shift Responsible for the daily operations of the department assuring the supply and equipment needs of patients and medical center departments are consistently met. Manages inventory levels within the main and sub-inventory locations to reduce the quantity on hand and maximize inventory turns. Maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counting and by assuring the proper inventory management procedures are consistently followed. Assures the patient care equipment, managed by the department, is properly maintained, efficiently utilized and is sufficient to meet patient demands. Manages the collection of the paper recycling efforts as well as the collection and handling of items being reprocessed. Works closely with Purchasing department in the preparation of purchase orders and other supply acquisition issues. Provides assistance as needed to other departments in the management of their inventories or with other duties as needed by the medical center.
