Prairie Hills Transit Human Resources Coordinator in Spearfish, South Dakota
Prairie Hills Transit has a long history of engaged and productive employees, and we're looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to continue the tradition. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures.
The majority of the role will be to manage employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, the random Drug and Alcohol program to ensure compliance and conflict resolution. The position will require updates to Role Summaries, job postings, Interview questions, and other required policy guidance. There is great opportunity for developing and refining systems.
We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce. Currently responsible for 65-70 full-time and part-time employees working in sixteen individual communities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/or two years' experience preferred.
