What You Will Do
Develop and execute organic social media strategies that align with the brand's overall marketing objectives and target audiences.
Create engaging, on-brand content for various social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Monitor and manage customer interactions on organization's social media accounts including comments, inquiries, and messages.
Analyze and interpret social media data and metrics to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media strategies are integrated with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media; identify opportunities for the brand to leverage emerging platforms and technologies.
Cultivate and foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand the brand's reach and visibility within the digital space.
Implement and manage social media content calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms to streamline processes, maximize efficiency, and enable impactful reporting.
Who We Are Seeking
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to interpret social media analytics and generate insights for future strategies.
Creativity and a demonstrated ability to develop original content that resonates with the target audience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
A passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, required.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role, demonstrating successful management of organic social media strategies and campaigns, required.
3-5 years of social media experience, preferred.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization, a plus.
Normal office environment with regular computer use. Occasional local travel for content creation.
