South Glens Falls Central School District Food Services Helper (substitute) in South Glens Falls, New York
GENERAL DUTIES:
Assists in the daily preparation and service of food
Clean equipment and premises
Operate computerized point of sale debit system
This is routine work performed under supervision and may require cooking involving lesser degrees of skill.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
Capable of learning and performing Food Service Helper functions
Working knowledge of the proper methods of serving food and care of tableware and use of kitchen equipment
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to interact with students and staff
MISCELLANEOUS:
Position is ten-month (school year), 3.75 hours daily.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
$15 per hour; Applicable benefits pursuant to current CSEA Contract.
