Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Manager, Commercial Business Operations & Customer Experience in Sleepy Hollow, New York

The Manager, Commercial Business Operations & Customer Experience will play a key role within the Omnichannel Operations team, which supports marketing and sales operations across Regeneron’s Commercial functions. This role will be critical to building customer experience (CX) and omnichannel within Regeneron and supporting the needs of the Commercial Business Unit (CBU) brand stakeholders and the Commercial Operations team.

A Typical Day Might Look Like This:

CX & Omnichannel – Subject matter expert (SME) overseeing and supporting the creation, implementation, and maintenance of CX/omnichannel plans and journeys that drive and support brand initiatives and omnichannel objectives. Ensures standardization and compliance with Regeneron CX and omnichannel policies and processes. Partners with brand (and agency partners), Commercial Strategy, Commercial IT, and Commercial Operations on development of blueprints and customer journeys.

Content Publishing – Business owner for process and execution, partnering with brand (and agency partners), Commercial IT, and Commercial Operations stakeholders. Responsible for execution compliance and quality and for process standards and innovation.

This Position Might Be For You If:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for CX and omnichannel initiatives, contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of CX/omnichannel plans and customer journeys that enhance engagement and drive business/brand growth.

  • Oversee the publishing of digital content across various platforms – partner with internal brand sponsors, external content developers, and system / platform owners to ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines, digital marketing standards, and operational efficiency.

  • Specific focus on the digital publishing process for the deployment of omnichannel content to our field sales teams on the Veeva Vault platform.

  • Serve as the Veeva Vault business process owner, oversee training content for stakeholders (brand, AORs) onboarded into the Veeva Vault ecosystem, and collaborate with Commercial IT on the platform configuration, requirements, and optimization.

  • Ensure business process ownership and compliance with company policies and standards.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

  • Conduct periodic reviews with brand teams to ensure field-facing promotional assets meet expected needs and have optimal organization for use.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent. 7+ years of directly related or relevant experience in omnichannel engagement or CX, marketing operations, with 2+ years of management experience. Technical skills in channel strategy & management, customer journey mapping, and data analysis & marketing communications. Experience or certification in Veeva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Previous pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience preferred.

Salary Range (annually)

$110,900.00 - $181,100.00
