Senior Consultant, Executive Compensation Consulting
As the Senior Consultant of Executive Compensation Consulting at Aon Singapore, you will be responsible for contributing to the firm's executive compensation consulting practice in Singapore and South-east Asia. You will be part of the dynamic Human Capital Solutions team and report to the Executive Compensation Lead in the Asia Pacific region.

What the day will look like
Help Boards and senior management make better decisions to attract and retain leaders and improve shareholder value
Design and implement executive compensation strategies and programs for clients across various industries in Singapore and SEA region
Work with a diverse team to win clients, deliver quality client deliverables and manage projects for HCS, focusing on area of EC and CG
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client contacts through effective communication and effective, quality execution of projects
Develop new intellectual capital and though leadership for the practice by consolidating internal work experiences and participating in regional initiatives
Contribute to intellectual eminence and development of point of views on executive compensation and board advisory topics
Play an important role in developing the technical / consulting skills of our team members and providing mentorship, guidance, and support
Contribute to sales and business development efforts for HCS, focusing on the area of Executive Compensation (EC) and Corporate Governance (CG)
Participate in marketing initiatives including media, research papers and surveys
Collaborate with other lines of business within Aon to cross sell other products and solutions to existing clients

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in executive compensation consulting.
Strong technical knowledge of executive compensation principles, practices, and trends.
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience working with multinational clients and managing projects across different countries and cultures.
Fluency in English, spoken Mandarin is a plus
