Senior Associate Consultant, Executive Compensation Consulting

As the Senior Associate Consultant of Executive Compensation Consulting at Aon Singapore, you will be responsible for contributing to the firm's executive compensation consulting practice in Singapore and South-east Asia. You will be part of the dynamic Talent Solutions team and report to the Executive Compensation Lead in the Asia Pacific region.

What the day will look like

  • Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients through forming insights based on client needs, acquired expertise, and interpretation of data and statistical analyses

  • Independently manage projects and lead modules under guidance of senior consultants

  • Solve complex HR and compensation related problems that are unique to client situations

  • Develop high quality deliverables and counsel for clients with guidance from senior consultants

  • Develop and maintain trusted client relations through regular and proactive communications

  • Assist in the development of proposals and acquisition of new clients

  • Support thought leadership through proactively seeking out new knowledge and uncovering market trends

  • Coach analysts on deliverables and consulting skills and shares knowledge freely with the team

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in executive compensation consulting.

  • Strong technical knowledge of executive compensation principles, practices, and trends.

  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience working with multinational clients and managing projects across different countries and cultures.

  • Fluency in English, spoken Mandarin is a plus
