We are seeking an exceptional leader and channel professional, reporting to the SVP/GM, APAC and to directly manage a Regional Channel Team in APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • In alignment with the APAC Channel Management Team, this role is driving the Channel Organization APAC to the next level.

  • This includes taking ownership of the channel sales team in the territory and enabling them to successfully adopt next generation Channel sales strategies and attaining further growth in Channel sales. The incumbent of this role should also be a great coach and teacher to their team by providing direction in a collaborative way.

  • Our Regional Channel Director will have a keen commercial acumen, understand the next generation company strategy, have a proven sales execution track record, be able to understand and articulate our wide product portfolio and give clear direction on how to win relative to our competition.

Qualifications:

  • The Regional Channel Director will have a strong understanding of solutions sales through the channel in the region along with proven team management experience. We're looking for a talented individual with some of these skills and experiences:

  • Ability to build an impactful channel ecosystem and articulate Zebra’s value proposition to support and position Zebra as the preferred vendor of choice.

  • Knowledge of and ability to bring on a different partner base such as Distributors, Resellers, System Integrators, Consulting organisations, ISVs, Professional Services organisations in order to drive the Channel Solutions strategy.

  • Knowledge of Zebra's portfolio in order to help create business/industry products and services strategy, often crossing multiple businesses.

  • Sales Skills – leads teams in the development of advanced solution selling concepts and partnership creation; recurring revenue creation, long term solution sales ability therefore proven sales success only.

  • Managerial Skills - developing a full knowledge of all relevant business policies and practices; strong ability to energize and lead others.

  • Business Acumen – conducts root cause analysis and improves long term profitability in a variety of situations; a S.W.O.T. expert; anticipates future customer needs.

  • Market and customer Knowledge – applies both strategic and tactical understanding of markets to ensure Zebra wins in the marketplace.

  • Channel management skills – monitor and measure channel health and performance and has good problem solving skills.
