Position Role Type:

Unspecified Responsibilities will include: • Interaction with project managers and financial analysts on a daily basis for cost and revenue related issues. • Interaction with the contracts department related to contract issues and project information within the accounting system. • Project setup within the accounting system • Preparation of customer/project account reconciliations • Analysis for foreign exchange rates • Support the collection team with customer related issues with invoicing • Support for internal and external audits • Interface with Corporate compliance team for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) testing • Working with external customers, financial analysts, sales teams and project managers to resolve issues related to billing

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma or degree (in Business and/or Accounting)

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a billing and/or general accounting role for a large corporation

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot table / vlookup)

• SAP knowledge

• Ability to read/write Japanese will be an advantage
