JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dulmes Dcor Carpet One is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multi-task. Responsibilities: Assist in managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management and order fulfillment Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed Learn our computer program to verify inventory, check stock and receive products Identify problems or missing pieces with received shipments Stage products for the following day Effectively communicate with installers, customers and fellow employees Delegate projects/duties based on importance Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving warehouse efficiency and productivity Operate forklift or other equipment as needed Qualifications: Must be able to multi-task Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Ability to lift 50+ pounds Must be a team player Forklift operation- willing to train Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities Position Details: Full time hours between 7:00am-4:00pm No weekends Paid Vacations Paid Holidays 401k & 401k matching Health, dental & vision insurance If you feel your skills would make you a great asset to our team, we\'d love to hear from you.
