Objectives of the Position

· Conduct experimental and theoretical research assignments under guidance of a lab team leader supporting the development of novel technologies in the field of exhaust after treatment catalysts.

· Continue effort to strengthen safety and 5S awareness and execution; Ensure Zero LTI, occupational disease, loss of containment, and exceeding environmental regulation limit.

Main Tasks

· Under supervision of a lab team leader perform routine scientific research tasks using standard techniques, procedures and equipment

· Analyze and document results, prepare technical reports, examinations and summaries

· Prepare, run and maintain lab equipment such as reactors, analyzing equipment, etc.

· Perform general lab assignments (e.g. raw material inventory review, lab housekeeping) as assigned

· Responsible for the implementation of EHS risk control measures in the process of R&D experiment related activities, to ensure the lab operation meet local and company EHS requirements

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

· Education: college degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering or relevant areas.

· Working Experience: no requirement.

· Technical & Professional Knowledge: (Please be measurable and specific) English skills: can read & write simple English; Speaking skills would be a plus; Solid and detailed-oriented work attitude; Goal-oriented team player with good communication skills.
