This position is responsible for the transport and delivery of freight on time in a professional manner by driving diesel-powered tractor trailer combinations short and long distances, while complying with Department of Transportation rules and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
A FEED HAUL DRIVER WILL HAUL BREEDER BROILER LOADS AS ASSIGNED DAILY. THIS WILL INCLUDE HAULING ILL. THE DRIVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING ACCURATE SPLITS BETWEEN THE FEED BINS AND FOLLOWING ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS REQUIRED BY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DOT AND TYSON FOODS. ANY OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGER
You must be 21 years of age and have at least one year of driving experience. You must have a valid Class A CDL. And follow all DOT regulations. Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods two (2) times will not be considered. Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods previously require a five (5) year waiting period before being considered for employment. Your application is only active for the current month in which you applied. You will need to reapply next month to have an active application and be considered for employment.
