The Senior Proposal Manager supports developing processes, tools, and programs for the continued growth of the team to meet the strategic marketing needs of the company. Responsibilities include managing, training, and mentoring staff while managing workload processes and assignment allocation. The ideal candidate is a dynamic marketer with experience supporting a fast-paced proposal workload and team; has strong writing and communication skills; has a problem-solving attitude; and ensures incoming work requests are met and delivered on time and according to quality standards. Previous supervisory and staff management experience is required as this role is responsible for supervising a multi-state, hybrid proposal team. Activities may also include leading highly strategic, complex opportunities for multi-disciplinary teams completing diverse and concurrent tasks and participating as a key member of task teams supporting cross-departmental initiatives that drive Dudek's strategic direction. you will have the opportunity to shape.
