Seattle Children’s Hospital Program Manager - Gift Administration in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities: Support Seattle Children's fundraising efforts through Gift Administration logistical, systems, and reporting support. Under the oversight of the Director of Gift Administration, the Program Manager partners closely with the Development and Donor Experience teams to support the Foundation and Guild Association's pledge and gift agreement creation process. Encourages gift fund spending by educating departments and research centers on their available reporting tools and information regarding gift funds. Responsible for project management of the Gift Administration team's systems and reporting. Employ project management methodologies in order to ensure proper task delegation, appropriate resource utilization, compliance with communication standards and attainment of milestones and timelines. #LI-JC1 Requirements: Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or related field. Five (5) years overall program coordination experience; including three (3) years experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management. Preferred: Experience in fundraising advancement services roles Knowledge of donor database systems, preferably Blackbaud's CRM and/or Raiser's Edge Knowledge of enterprise resources planning software, preferably Lawson and/or Workday Experience in accounting Experience in health care fundraising Experience with gift agreements Min to Max Hourly Salary: $40.42 - $60.63 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $84,075.00 - $126,112.00 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
