Use your administrative and management skills as a Program Manager - King County Shelters! The Program Manager oversees daily operations at the SoDo Shelter, collaborating closely with the Program Manager of Client Services. Responsibilities include staffing, training, and ensuring the safety of volunteers, staff, and clients at the shelter. This position is full-time, exempt, and located in Seattle, Washington. Pay Rate: $68,556.80/year Shift: Overnight Duties & Responsibilities Directly manage Shelter Supervisors and Shelter Monitors Schedule shelter coverage and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times Collaborate with Program Manager of Client Services to respond to requests from City and County funders Maintain a list of community resources for guests and individuals seeking assistance Ensure housing navigators, case managers, and case management assistants have necessary access to clients Act as on-site task manager for janitorial staff as needed Manage facility supply inventory and track usage Maintain and track data in HMIS and Wellsky systems Conduct periodic walking inspections of site and address hazards or issues Respond to emergency situations and institute security procedures as necessary Provide orientation, support, and supervision to staff and volunteers Assist with orientation and training of new staff, volunteers, and interns Participate in staff meetings and generate reports as needed Maintain case records and complete required forms and reports Perform other administrative functions as requested by Director Education & Experience College degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required, Minimum of two-years' experience in providing Client Services Minimum of one year providing staff supervision and support, preferred
