Eaton Corporation Process Engineer in Santa Rosa Jauregui, Mexico

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Process Engineer.

What you’ll do:

Effective participation to ensure Safety, Quality and Efficiency on the Rubber Molding Process. Realize a molding process parameters adjusments, create a molding recipe, define molding process parameter for new products.

Essential Functions:

• Process adjustment

• Should analyze molding test requests

• Perform molding test to the new molds.

• Audit and optimize the cycle times to increase the productivity.

• To do the new parameters sheets of the new process. Complete and maintain up to date, the required documentation

• Analyze quality issues. mold and/or auxiliary equipment problems (troubleshooting)

• Implement cost reduction projects, follow-up on activities to improvement initiatives.

• Provide technical support, operation of the injection molding process.

• Train process technicians.

• Maintain and Improvement on process metrics.
