At factories and units, John Deere’s HR organization provides opportunities in the area of generalist, as well as areas of specialization such as international HR, compensation and benefits, training and development, and labor relations. In HR, you are a key enabler to a powerful workforce.

What you'll do

  • Support staffing activities (Wage & Salary Employees, Interns), employee services (Transportation, Cafeteria, Employee Events, vacations, uniforms, etc.), SAP administration and other HR systems (Employee changes, Org charts, positions movement, etc.), file management, conducts basic training programs, conducts new employee basic orientation

  • Fills and creates HR Data Reports

  • Tracks relevant data

  • Updates internal communication (boards, email, and screens).

What it takes

  • Knowledge on HR activities and employee services administration.

  • English 90%

  • Computer skills (Office domain)

  • SAP system knowledge

  • Advance Excel


  • 1-3 Years general HR experience

  • Drive to results

  • Team working

  • Goal oriented

  • Leadership

  • Strong communication skills

  • Salary and Wage employees HR service experience.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Psychology, Human Recourses or equivalent experience.
