British Swim School Lifeguard in San Ramon, California
Lifeguard
Part Time • Tracy/ Livermore / Dublin / Pleasanton / San Ramon
Duties:
Enforce all pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment
Supervise swimmers and provide assistance when necessary
Perform water rescues and administer first aid as needed
Monitor weather conditions and respond appropriately to ensure guest safety
Requirements:
- Valid Lifeguard for Professional Rescuers certification W/ CPR/AED & first aid
2.One Summer season of prior Lifeguard experience
Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable Transportation
Pass a criminal Background check
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
Work Location: In person in Tracy, CA
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
