Join us as a Window Covering Sales Consultant, where you'll have the chance to create bespoke window treatment designs for the most opulent homes, including those valued at $10 million dollars, and cater to high-end clientele in San Jose and the Bay Area!
The Offer:
Competitive base salary, negotiable with experience between $65-70k, PLUS commission for uncapped income potential!
True first year earning potential $95-120k in the first year!

A Day in the Life:

Showcase your expertise to create quotes and present clients with diverse options.
Follow-up throughout the process, ensuring an extraordinary experience for clientele.
Build a thriving book of repeat/referral business, leveraging your experience to foster a legendary book of business.
Qualifications:
+2 years of hands-on experience working with window treatments (REQUIRED).
Exceptional understanding of measuring and proficient use of measuring tools.
Outstanding people skills, effortlessly connecting with customers.
Driven, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Valid CA Driver's License.
