THE ROLE: INTEGRATED MARKETING MANAGER - TEMPORARY ​

OLLY is l ooking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and innovative integrated marketer to help drive campaign execution across channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing and creative strategy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cross-functional marketing workstreams, creating process for seamless execution and driving alignment between teams to ensure integrated campaigns are aligned back to overall strategy and ultimately leading to impact in market. This temporary role reports into the OLLY Chief Revenue Officer with close collaboration with UL marketing partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ​

  • Marketing Operations : Lead tactical execution for a specific marketing initiative and product launch by managing (and developing) fast-paced planning and production timeline; own and optimize the marketing planning calendar ​

  • Creative Partnership : Own hand-off of marketing plans to Creative Team, effectively communicating how the tactical plans reflect the business/campaign goals and helping steer the creative strategy ​

  • Strategic Vision: Translate OLLY's marketing objectives into an integrated plan, partnering with channel owners to identify strategic builds that deliver a more robust, innovative 360 campaign effort ​

  • Integration Planning: Drive tactical integration and execution across channels in close partnership with Brand team, Creative team and channel owners (Social, PR, Influencer, Ecommerce, Growth Marketing etc ) ​

  • Insights/Measurement: Partner with Insights team and channel owners to closely monitor in-market performance and lead creative and tactical optimizations across teams ​

  • Product Sampling: Own sampling activations partnering with Operations, Brand and other marketing channel owners to develop in-market activations that increase awareness and conversion.

    THE CANDIDATE ​

​ The ideal candidate is an expert at bringing campaigns and creative to market across channels. They have experience leading cross-functional collaboration to create strategic and cohesive marketing plans that drive business results. They love brand marketing and are looking for creative and tactical inspiration everywhere, always coming to the table with new and innovative ideas. This candidate is highly creative, strategic, collaborative, data-minded and organized.

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED ​

  • 5-7 years in marketing with a focus on cross-functional campaign execution and marketing operations ​

  • Highly collaborative with experience project managing peer teams through tactical planning and execution ​

  • Experience partnering closely with creative teams and navigating the intersection of marketing and creative ​

  • Familiarity with multiple channels including paid media, social, ecommerce, and owned digital ​

  • Ability to reflect the consumer’s needs with all creative communications ​

  • Proven ability to p roblem-solve and navigate ambiguity while maintaining a solution-oriented, optimistic mindset ​

  • Disruptive and innovative thinking and ideas ​

  • Ability to analyze data and elevate key insights to various internal audiences (ranging from marketing teams to leadership) ​

  • Ability to be flexible in the face of unexpected budget or strategy shifts ​

  • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally within OLLY, UL and with external agency partners; ability to understand and synthesize multiple points of view ​

  • Highly organized , detail oriented and self-motivated ​

  • Comfortable in a data-driv en business environment ​

    THE DETAILS ​

    LOCATION: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid schedule ​​

    HOURS AND PROJECT LENGTH: 30-40 hours/week (up to 1 year) ​

    RATE: $58.00 - 70.00 per hour ​

    MANAGER: OLLY Chief Revenue Officer ​
