Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Provide occupational therapy services to adults and geriatric patients including evaluations, planning treatment programs and goals, rendering patient treatments, and discharge planning, according to the practice and standards of the California Board of Occupational Therapy and the American Occupational Therapy Association. Provide effective, efficient, and quality care. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor. Applies Dignity Core Values to the performance of every job duty. Qualifications

Required:

  • 4 years of experience in care of acute and chronic patients in a rehabilitation setting, including 1 year at a Dignity Health Bay Area facility. 160 contact hours of documented continuing education in related topics, within the past 5 years. Must meet all minimum requirements for a Level III therapist.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy

  • Posses a current license form the California Board of Occupational Therapy. Possess a current CPR/BLS certification. Registered O.T.R.

Pay Range

$66.38 - $76.98 / hour
