  • Heavy chart organization, uploading to internal database
  • Data Entry - ensuring accuracy and speed
  • Scanning medical records into EMR - Avator and eClinical Works
  • Provide front office support - answering phones and greeting patients and guests
  • Correspond with case managers and clinicians as needed
