As the Administrative Assistant, the qualified candidate will work directly with the Site Acquisition Manager and should have the ability to switch gears quickly and efficiently. The candidate should be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with the ability to take initiative while completing Administrative duties such as mail merges, data entry, as well as scheduling.
