Job Summary:

The EOD Scheduler will facilitate training schedule planning and implementation is support of EODTEUONE ULTRA training cycles. Work closely with the Director of Training (DOT) and Training Support Cell to create comprehensive training plans concerning resources and timeframes. Analyze schedule information and collaborate with DOT and Training Support Cell weekly. Organizes workflow by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments. Generate program plans & schedules from the earliest stages of training cycle development through execution. Perform various duties such as scheduling and risk management with a high level of communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Director of Training and Training Support Cell to produce scheduling solutions in support EODTEUONE ULTRA training cycle.

  • Collaborate with EODGRUONE ECH-V command training departments, to include EODTEU-DET China Lake. Report findings and conflicts directly to DOT & Training Support Cell.

  • Deconflict scheduling issues based on EODGRUONE tasking requirements.

  • Maintain current knowledge of parameters and limitations of EODTEUONE training sites.

  • Identify any bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the schedule, so a workable solution can be highlighted quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Possess 3 – 4 years of training management experience.

  • Possess ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

  • Possess a strong knowledge of EOD forceflow and readiness training cycles (Basic through Advanced).

  • Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online and Office 365.

  • Display excellent time management skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changes in project priorities.

  • Display familiarity with EODGRU force and taskings.

  • Solid skills in data analysis and reasoning.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with management and consultants.

  • Detail oriented with thorough data updates and constantly following through on status updates.

  • Be able to qualify for and maintain a Secret clearance.
