We are currently hiring for a Recruiter at our corporate offices located in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this high-volume recruiting role, we are looking for someone that is highly customer-focused and very responsive. You will partner with 30+ District Managers by overseeing the front end and back-end recruitment needs for 3-4 divisions. You will do this by receiving requisition requests, posting ads on our career site, and sourcing talent in order to build a pipeline of candidates. You will manage 100+ requisitions, extend offers, initiate background checks, and coordinate the hiring process with your hiring managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a high volume of requisitions/job ads and quickly determine sourcing priorities
Support introduction, development & promotion of targeted talent pipelines to deliver quality and quantity of desired candidates
Use proven methodologies and proactive internet social networking & sourcing tools
Implement new processes as needed in partnership with the Recruiting Manager and work closely with the recruiting team to maintain and develop best practices
Generate and create reports as needed for division calls and regularly evaluate hiring metrics and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and the optimal candidate experience
Educate, influence and build hiring managers’ competency for using the ATS, assessing talent, and provide coaching as needed
Utilize established communication strategies to ensure appropriate flow of information as needed (candidates, hiring managers, internal HR)
Cultivate partnerships to ensure time-to-fill metrics are achieved short-term & longer-term relationships are built
Support efforts regarding off-site recruiting activities including participation in job fairs, conferences & professional organizations as needed
Education and/or Experience:
2+ years previous experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and/or retail customer service preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must possess strong business acumen, with a track record of delivering results in a growth-oriented business environment
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, & automated recruiting tools and reporting mechanisms
Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Proactively identify areas for improvement
Full knowledge and understanding of employment law & practices
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrated success in executing on recruiting and employment program strategies, policies & programs; extensive knowledge of direct, indirect, & creative sourcing methods and building passive candidate pools
Experience using metrics to drive results
Continuous improvement mindset: must remain aware of current thinking in the field & look for ways to apply the latest best practices
Ability to influence & interact successfully with all levels of the organization
Creative problem solver and team player who thrives in a collaborative, multi-cultural environment
