Here, you will make an impact by:Serves as liaison between warehouse operations and corporate IT in solving technical blocks and issues.Analyzes system data and reports on performance and warehouse trends on a daily, monthly, and as needed basis.Manages freight on hold. Investigates root cause and resolves issues until the hold can be released and in a timely manner. Works with I.T. to help resolve tickets and provides continued updates to the customer and receiving lead.Manages and resolves daily IBD/OBD completions.Participates and reports metrics in Tier 1 meeting and Tier 2 meeting.Creates and updates job aids needed for the 450/427 buildings. Updates process maps as requested or needed.Works with Queue lead to quickly resolve queue errors in the SAP system.Back up to Warehouse Receiving and outbound transportation planning Lead as needed.Provides analytical and application support for specific and well-defined Supply Chain areas in order to deliver results in terms of service, speed and cost. Applies working knowledge of businesses, products and customer requirements in completing assignments. May lead implementation projects and provide direction to focused teams.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)One (1) year of technical expertise in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Masters degree in an IT field from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of IT/technical resolutions in a private, public, government or military environmentSkills include Ability to listen well, navigate systems for resolution, communicate openly and transparently, take quick action, and deliver results.Moderate to experienced SAP knowledge for troubleshooting issues in EWM, ECC, or TM.Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and warehouse or business resources.Organized and pays close attention to detail. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
