Here, you will make an impact by:Plans all Outbound shipments utilizing Legacy and SAP ERP systems. Creates, and copies, all SAP bill of ladings for outbound shipments.Creates/Calls out loads for shipments.Follows the Outbound Que to drop tasks into EWM for OperatorsWork with warehouse Supervisor and or Quality Supervisor to prioritize outbound loads and implements special instructions when necessary (Hazmat, temp protect, etc.)Enters outbound shipments into shared spread sheet for visibility to all warehouse personnel and tracking for the customer when requested.Ensure end of day all doors are cleared in SAP.Answer incoming warehouse phonecalls/digital chats and directing questions or inquiries to the appropriate contact when needed. (Drivers calls or window contacts to verify if/when bill of lading is ready)Monitors and answers Group email account for: POD, BOL, shipment inquiries.Escalates issues to Supervisors when necessary.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School/ GED diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start)One (1) year of SAP experience including EWM and ERP in a private, public, government or military environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelors degree from an accredited institutionFive years of warehouse and or consolidation experience in a private, public, government or military environmentSkills include Communication, forward thinking, ability to work cross-functionally, and a high level of Emotional Intelligence.Organized and pays close attention to detail.SAP EWM and ERP Experience, and ability to learn Legacy systems.Good communicator and listener.Possess the ability to take criticism when it is warranted.Always thinking of more efficient ways to do their work while maintaining the same quality and service level.Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, scanners, etc. to complete work duties.Moderate Excel experience.Work location:St Paul DCTravel: N/ARelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
