Description:

• Designs experiments and executes laboratory research to advance the company's product candidates and technology. - Develops and implements assays pertinent to the understanding of the company's product candidates. - Maintains cultures of mammalian cells using proper aseptic techniques. - Effectively communicates status of experiments/study concerns. Prepares technical reports and summaries; analyzes, troubleshoot, and interprets experimental results. Identifies unusual data and effectively communicates observations. - Conducts literature searches to keep aware of current development pertinent to the research activities of the company's product candidates and applies new information. -Maintains accurate and complete lab notebook. Effectively documents experiments and results in appropriate formats that include final technical reports. Attends department meetings; may present results of experiments at meetings via graphs, photographs, etc. - Complies with applicable policies regarding health, safety, and environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-PhD in Immunology or Cell Biology or related with 2-5 years of laboratory experience within the industry. -Experience with multicolor flow cytometry and ELISA. Experience with surface plasmon resonance (SPR) is a plus -Must have a solid publication record.
