The Opportunity

As a HR Shared Services Administrator, a member of the HR Service Center, you will deliver first line customer service support to the organization on various HR subject matter. The individual responds to employee inquiries and leadership requests, identifies issues and triages to the appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) or other area, and supports/participates in various cross functional projects within the team. This role also prepares onboarding for all new hires into the organization. This is a temporary, part-time (10-20 hours per week) position expected to end by November 1, 2024.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintains current daily HR System activities including – business process functionality, data validation, content/data migration, integrations, building conditional rules, reporting, new releases and supports HR peers and functional leads/ end users across the organization.

• Creates reports within HR Info System (Oracle HCM Cloud - OTBI) by understanding and triaging business needs internal/external to HR, including calculated fields. Ensures meaningful and actionable report output. Validates and tests report structure to ensure security of information. Schedules delivery of reports to gain efficiencies. Documents report specification and usage.

• Provides reports and highly confidential data to key leadership and ensures quality and accuracy on all reports.

• Onboards all new hires into system. Collects required paperwork and completes quality check to maintain compliance.

• Maintains all personnel files

• Collects and delivers audit related items in conjunction with other departments

• Other duties as assigned

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $25-26 per hour and may vary by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
