Seeking a Customer Service Representative to join an Inbound Support Center Team that focuses on Financial and Broker Relations. Office is located in Rockville, MD 20850. This is mostly a remote role, however candidates may need to go in occasionally for meetings, training etc. The right candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills for contact with customers. Must have a 4 year college degree from a business related field. Please if interested! Various Shift Times - Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00am and 8:00pm (M-F / closed on weekends)

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00am and 8:00pm (M-F / closed on weekends)

• Four Year Degree in a Business related Field

• Effectively operate a personal computer with related business software

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for contact with customers

• Respond to customer requests for information regarding financial regulation

• Provide pending and approved member firms with assistance in form and registration processing

• Process information requests and route calls to the appropriate department or individual

• Provide non-registered representatives with assistance regarding Form U4 / U5 filing
