Youth Soccer Coach
Super Soccer Stars is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Soccer Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. As a coach, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work with children aged 1-12 years old, helping them develop their soccer skills while fostering a positive and fun learning environment. With over 20 years of experience, Super Soccer Stars is a leader in providing quality youth soccer programs across the country.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging soccer sessions in accordance with the Super Soccer Stars curriculum
Provide individual and group instruction to children aged 2-12 years old
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
Maintain a safe and organized environment during sessions
Communicate effectively with parents and administrative staff
Attend training and development sessions provided by the company
Participate in staff meetings and evaluations
Requirements
Passion for working with children and promoting youth development
Prior experience coaching or working with children
Knowledge of soccer and ability to teach basic soccer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well both independently and within a team
Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
Availability to work on weekends and/or weekday evenings
CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred)
