The Kettering Co-Op program is a rotational program where students work 12-week assignments on and off while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the Engineering field. Primary responsibilities will include:
12-week work assignments focused on the various engineering/technical groups within FAC
Assignments will typically start in an entry level discipline then progress through other areas of the organization as students progress in their degree program
Follow established safety procedures according to OSHA standards and company procedures
Ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills and education:
Pursuing Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
Some involvement with technical related programs either through school or in an extracurricular program
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis to be considered for this Program. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
A strong willingness and aptitude for learning, problem solving, and judgement, as well as a mindset for continuous improvement.
