Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Resource Specialist / Scheduler to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for Parsons Resource Planning for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP) . This position is responsible for maintaining the program resource schedule, forecasting, and reporting. Reporting directly to the Senior Resource Manager. .

What You'll Be Doing:
Maintain the program resource schedule and staffing plans.
Work closely with the delivery teams to identify demand and capture future resource requirements.
Provide forecasting on supply and demand utilizing project plans and recruiting data.
Monitor recruiting processes and report on activity and progress against defined deployment plans.
Monitor and provide reports on resource allocation and utilization.
Capture resource and recruiting data to maintain accuracy of the database and skills matrix.
Support with internal mobility ensuring resources are allocated correctly and agreed processes are adhered to.
Maintain resource management document library.
Provide resource data to project controls and HR for client approval submissions.
Develop, maintain, and communicate resource management processes to stakeholders, managers, and other project staff.
Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 7 years of related experience in resource/workforce planning, data analysis and reporting within the Engineering and Construction sector.
Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
Expert user of Excel and resource management
Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment, under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
Integrity, advanced professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information.
High-level understanding and appreciation of quality in complex stakeholder environments and within the major program sector, preferably within KSA.
Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with and influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with co-workers.
Excellent organization and follow through abilities.
