Currently hiring Control Service Technicians . to work for a growing company based out of Richland, WA. This position will primarily be in the Boardman / Hermiston area., servicing the data centers.

Looking for individuals to join in building and servicing automation, data, and critical centers.

Job Description:

• Perform checkout, start-up and testing of BMS DDC controllers serving a wide variety of mechanical systems in Data Centers and other critical environments.

• Communicate with and provide daily updates and status reports to both the Project Lead and Project Manager

• Coordinate with and communicate directly to the customer and other contractors in a professional manner.

• Document project status and participate in the creation and accuracy of close-out documents

• Write and follow detailed Method of Procedure (MOP), Change Management (CM) forms and process.

• Perform BMS commissioning, including Pre-functional, Functional, and Integrated Systems Testing processes, both individually, and with 3rd-Party/Customer commissioning agents

• Perform periodic Maintenance and Service of existing BMS systems in an active Data Center environment

• Support multiple concurrent projects in the Eastern Oregon and Washington areas.

• Work to be performed in a high-security environment, following customer security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Autodesk, AutoCAD and/or MS Visio and/or Bluebeam Rivu

• Strong mechanical and electrical background, trouble shooting / diagnosing

• Strong understanding of computer operating systems and computer networking
